TopUp is operated by Top Up Therapy Pty Ltd. By accessing or using this website or any associated services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

All content on the TopUp website and application, including videos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by the University of Sydney and exclusively licensed to Top Up Therapy Pty Ltd (and its authorised partners). You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted.

TopUp is provided “as is” without warranties. Exercise programs are designed for general health but are used at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopUp is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
