Our Mission

Our mission is to provide older people with a simple, trusted solution to exercise with confidence, while staying connected to real health professionals.

We support physiotherapists and care providers to extend meaningful, evidence-informed exercise into daily life, especially where in-person care may be limited or unavailable.

About TopUp Program

TopUp Program was developed at the University of Sydney by physiotherapist Dr Rik Dawson, as part of a research project exploring how online exercise videos can support older people to maintain strength, balance, and independence.

Dr Dawson is a gerontological physiotherapist with more than 20 years of experience delivering falls prevention programs in community and residential aged care. His PhD focused on translating digital health interventions into aged care practice, positioning him as a national leader in implementation-focused physiotherapy research.
