TopUp is an exercise program that was developed according to the latest research, with the aim of assisting people to improve their mobility and decrease their risk of falls.
The exercises are aimed at the general public and are not tailored to any individual requirements or medical needs.
Always check with your doctor before beginning a new exercise program.
TopUp is suitable for most people who are able to stand up, walk a few metres, and who have medical clearance to exercise.
We recommend that you watch the videos first and only attempt
exercises that you feel safe to do.

No. TopUp is a generic exercise program designed to suit most people who are medically able to participate.
For an exercise program that is specific to your own requirements you should contact a physiotherapist, who will tailor an exercise and fall prevention program to your individual needs.

You will need :
- Some non-slip footwear such as sneakers
- A stable chair to sit in (preferably with arms)
- A benchtop or heavy table to hold onto while you're standing up.
Some of the exercises give you an option to use weights or a resistance band.
This is entirely optional, and the exercises can be done without them.
You can easily replace the hand weights with a tin of beans or soup.
Stores such as Kmart, sports stores and larger pharmacies stock resistance bands, or ask your local physiotherapist.
All subscriptions include a 7 day free trial.
This means that your card is not charged until the end of the trial period.
If you decide not to continue with the program, simply cancel your membership before the trial period ends.

After you have signed up, go back to the video you wish to start with and click the "play" button, which says "Watch Now"
There is a small "Log In" icon at the top right hand side of the blue menu bar at the top of each page.
Click that and it will take you to the Log In page.
If you have already logged in, instead of the "Log In" sign you will see your username.
If you see this then you will be able to play the videos without logging in again, so just go straight to the Videos page and click "Play".
The videos play best if you are using the Google Chrome browser.
Otherwise, this is very rare! We would love to hear from you so we can try to get it working for you.

Simply log in, then go to your username at the top right of the blue menu bar and choose "Subscriptions" from the drop down menu.
You will see an option to cancel your membership.
The videos will remain available to you until the time you have already paid for has elapsed.
